Contact Caremark Specialty Pharmacy Services at 1-800-237-2767. If you don’t know if it’s a specialty drug call the Prescription Drugs (CVS Caremark) 1-877- 933-6252 on the back of your ID card and find out. Your doctor needs to contact the Specialty Pharmacy Services at 1-800- 237-2767 or call the number on the back of your card and ask for the Specialty Pharmacy Services to order the drugs. NOTE: These drugs are also CAREMARK mail order so you need your doctor to take that into consideration when they order them for you. They send them to your residence if they can be administered at home. NALC’s best kept secret! U.S. Letter Carriers Mutual Benefit Association From its earliest year ... the NALC pioneered programs for mutual support and welfare to complement its struggles for improved working conditions. The union established the Mutual Benefit Association at its 1891 convention in Detroit. The MBA offered life and other kinds of insurance to help protect letter carriers and their families. Today ... MBA continues to record strong year after strong year. Total assets continue to increase over previous years by millions of dollars, and surplus increases by hundreds of thousands. Despite the stock market decline, MBA was continuing to outperform other life insurance companies, just as it had done for more than 100 years. These insurance plans offered by the MBA are designed to give NALC members and their families the best possible protection for the lowest cost. Membership Qualifications: Section 1. An applicant for admission to membership in the MBA must be a letter carrier or other nonsupervisory employee of the Postal Career Service who is a member in good standing of the NALC, or the spouse, child, grandchild or great grandchild of a member of the NALC. Employees of the NALC and its subsidiaries, their spouse and children are also eligible applicants for membership in the MBA. Section 2. Each applicant for membership shall make application on the form provided for that purpose and, subject to the nonmedical limits in effect, be examined by some competent practicing physician.
